DAYS: Mondays & Thursdays 12 sessions

DATES: June 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27
July 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25
(No training week of July 1ST)

RAINOUTS-Typically, we will train during the rain. If a rainout is called, the coach will set the makeup date.

We will make up a max of two rainouts

TIMES: 7 pm to 8.30 pm

LOCATION: Henry Fork/Pepsi Soccer Complex, Hickory, NC

BRING: Water & Ball

DRESS: In soccer gear, bring shinguards

COST: Pay Up front $100 (for all 12 sessions, pay online) or pay $10 per session, due when you arrive

High School Training Program

This program is designed for the the serious HS player. Be pushed to your max for 90 minutes with the areas top talent.

Each session will be based on technical, tactical and functional training with a heavy emphasis on fitness throughout. 

Designed to get you ready for day one of preseason with your High School or club team. 

To be the best, be ahead of the rest!!

The program is led by our Asst DOC Godwin Iwelumo capped 49 times for the Nigerian National team.
